4.5/5- Food was great for chinese take out. Had the lunch combination which was an egg roll, fried rice, and general tsos for around $13. The general tsos was solid overall, not overly breaded with good meat. The fried rice was by far one of the highlights- very well seasoned and flavorful. Egg roll was good too. Definitely going to make this our local go-to spot for Chinese takeout.

Hole-in-the-wall basic Chinese-American food. Delicious, generous portions and fast service. The sesame chicken was perfectly crispy. The fried rice had a nice char to it. Veggies were limited to onions and green onions, (which I prefer).

Yup, this place has the BEST fried rice around. We also enjoyed the cream cheese wontons because they didn't have anything but green cheese in them. Good orange chicken and Singapore noodles as well. The wonton soup was too overpowering in the carrots and peas flavor for me but the egg drop soup was good.

Best take out in the twin cities. I've tried many and nothing compares to the fresh cut veggies, white meat chicken used in each chicken dish, amazing fried rice, great prices l, friendly staff and huge portions ! Bill's been around a looong time for a reason ! Go !
